Pricing Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Pricing Policy is to establish a fair, transparent and consistent framework for determining, communicating, collecting and reviewing fees for training programmes, courses, certifications, examinations and related services offered by NIHSE Private Limited.

NIHSE is committed to ensuring that learners receive clear information regarding applicable fees and payment obligations before enrolment.

This policy also supports compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, accreditation, awarding-body and contractual requirements.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all training programmes, professional courses, certification programmes, examinations, workshops, industrial training, consultancy-related training and other learner services offered by NIHSE. It applies to:

Individual learners

Corporate clients

Sponsored learners

Online and offline learners

Short-term and long-term programmes

Courses delivered under applicable accreditation, affiliation or awarding-body arrangements

Where an Accrediting/Awarding Body prescribes specific fee requirements, those requirements shall be followed.

3. Course Fee Structure

The applicable course fee may include, where relevant:

Tuition or training fees

Admission and registration charges

Learning Management System (LMS) access

Study materials and course manuals

Trainer or tutor support

Practical or laboratory training

Assessment fees

Examination or examination-registration fees

Certification or certificate-processing charges

Accreditation or awarding-body registration fees

Administrative charges

Applicable taxes or statutory charges

The components included in a course fee shall be communicated to the learner before enrolment wherever applicable.

4. Pricing Determination

NIHSE may determine course fees based on factors including:

Course duration and level

Training and delivery costs

Trainer and subject-specialist requirements

Study materials and learning resources

Practical training requirements

Examination and assessment costs

Accreditation or awarding-body charges

Certification costs

LMS and technology costs

Government taxes and statutory charges

Market conditions

Other reasonable operational or administrative costs

NIHSE may establish different prices for different programmes, delivery modes, locations, learner categories or service packages.

5. Pricing Transparency

Before enrolment, learners shall be provided with appropriate information regarding:

Course name and applicable fee

Services included in the fee

Payment schedule

Instalment options, where available

Applicable taxes or statutory charges

Examination or external registration charges, where applicable

Cancellation and refund conditions

Any significant additional charges applicable to the programme

Official pricing information may be communicated through approved NIHSE channels, including the website, prospectus, brochure, quotation, invoice, admission form or authorised communication.

6. Promotional and Discounted Pricing

NIHSE may offer promotional prices, discounts, scholarships, early-bird offers, corporate rates or other approved concessions. Such offers shall:

Be authorised by the appropriate management personnel

Clearly specify the applicable validity period or conditions where required

Not misrepresent the standard or applicable course fee

Be recorded appropriately for financial and audit purposes

Promotional pricing shall not compromise the quality, assessment integrity or mandatory requirements of an accredited or awarding-body programme.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Learners shall pay the applicable fees according to the payment schedule communicated by NIHSE.

7.2 A booking, registration or enrolment amount may be required to confirm admission.

7.3 Where instalment payment is approved, the learner must comply with the agreed instalment schedule.

7.4 All payments must be made through authorised NIHSE payment channels.

7.5 NIHSE shall provide appropriate payment acknowledgement, receipt, invoice or other financial record as applicable.

7.6 Outstanding payments may affect access to training, LMS facilities, assessments, examination registration or certification, subject to applicable law and awarding-body requirements.

8. Payment Methods

NIHSE may accept payment through approved methods, including:

Bank transfer

UPI or approved digital payment methods

Debit or credit card

Online payment gateway

Approved instalment arrangements

Other payment methods formally authorised by NIHSE

Third-party payment or financing facilities shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

9. Taxes and Statutory Charges

Applicable GST, taxes, government charges or other statutory levies shall be collected and accounted for in accordance with applicable law.

Where taxes or statutory charges are included in the advertised or quoted price, this shall be communicated appropriately. Where applicable, tax invoices shall be issued in accordance with legal requirements.

10. External Accreditation and Awarding-Body Fees

Where a course is delivered under an external Accrediting/Awarding Body, the applicable registration, examination, assessment or certification fees may be included in or charged separately from the NIHSE course fee.

External fees shall be subject to the applicable rules, fee structures and deadlines of the relevant Accrediting/Awarding Body. Any non-refundable external fee shall be communicated to the learner where reasonably practicable before payment or registration.

11. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations shall be managed in accordance with the applicable NIHSE Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility may depend upon:

Course commencement

Training already provided

LMS access

Study materials issued

Assessments completed

Examination or external registration

External fees already paid

Applicable legal or awarding-body requirements

Any refund shall be processed according to the applicable approved procedure.

12. Price Revision

NIHSE reserves the right to revise course fees due to:

Changes in operational costs

Changes in trainer or resource costs

Changes in examination or certification fees

Changes in Accrediting/Awarding Body charges

Changes in technology or learning resources

Changes in taxation or regulatory requirements

Other reasonable business or market conditions

Unless otherwise required by law or contract, revised prices shall apply to future enrolments and shall not retrospectively alter fees already formally agreed and paid.

13. Quotations and Special Pricing

Corporate clients, institutions, government organisations or other approved customers may receive customised quotations based on:

Number of participants

Course duration

Delivery location

Training requirements

Customised content

Travel or accommodation requirements

Certification or examination requirements

Other agreed services

All special pricing or quotations shall be subject to authorised approval.

14. Financial Records and Control

NIHSE shall maintain appropriate financial records relating to learner fees, invoices, receipts, refunds, discounts and other financial transactions.

Financial records shall be maintained in accordance with applicable legal, accounting, tax, accreditation and internal requirements. Unauthorised collection, alteration, waiver or misuse of learner fees is prohibited.

15. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are responsible for:

Reviewing the applicable course fee before enrolment

Understanding what is included and excluded from the fee

Making payments within the agreed timeframe

Providing correct billing information

Retaining payment receipts or acknowledgements

Understanding the applicable cancellation and refund conditions

By enrolling in a NIHSE programme, the learner acknowledges responsibility for complying with the applicable financial obligations.

16. Management Responsibility

NIHSE management shall ensure that:

Course prices are appropriately approved

Pricing information is communicated accurately

Unauthorised discounts or fee changes are controlled

Financial records are maintained

Refunds are processed according to approved procedures

Applicable accreditation, awarding-body and legal requirements are considered

17. Non-Discriminatory Pricing

NIHSE shall maintain fair and transparent pricing practices. Pricing shall not be unfairly discriminatory on the basis of personal characteristics protected by applicable law.

Approved discounts, scholarships, corporate rates or promotional offers may be provided where they are based on clearly defined and legitimate criteria.

18. Accreditation and Compliance

This Pricing Policy shall be implemented in accordance with applicable requirements of relevant Accrediting/Awarding Bodies, regulators and applicable laws.

Where a mandatory external requirement conflicts with this policy, the applicable legal, regulatory or awarding-body requirement shall prevail for the relevant programme or activity. This provision shall also apply to future accreditation, affiliation, approval, examination or certification arrangements undertaken by NIHSE.

19. Policy Review

This policy shall be reviewed at least annually or earlier where required due to:

Changes in law or regulations

Changes in accreditation or awarding-body requirements

Significant changes in NIHSE services

Changes in taxation or financial requirements

Identified operational or quality-assurance requirements

20. Conclusion

1. PURPOSE
NIHSE Private Limited is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and consistency in all financial transactions with learners. This Refund Policy establishes clear procedures and conditions under which learners may request and receive a refund of fees paid to NIHSE Private Limited.
The policy is intended to ensure that learners understand their financial rights and responsibilities before and during enrolment.

2. SCOPE
This policy applies to:
• All learners enrolled in programmes offered by NIHSE Private Limited.
• Classroom, blended, and online training programmes.
• Course fees, registration fees, administrative charges, and other fees collected by NIHSE.
• Refund requests submitted by learners or, where applicable, their authorised representatives.

3. POLICY STATEMENT
NIHSE Private Limited aims to provide fair and transparent treatment to all learners while maintaining the financial sustainability of its training and educational operations.
Refund decisions will be made objectively, taking into consideration the circumstances of the request, the stage of the learner's enrolment, services already provided, and any applicable administrative or third-party costs.

4. GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of enrolment and the circumstances of the request.
4.1 Before Course Commencement
Where a learner requests cancellation before the scheduled commencement of the course:
• A full or partial refund may be considered.
• Applicable non-refundable registration or administrative charges may be deducted.
• Any third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the learner may also be deducted where applicable.
• The learner will be informed of the refund amount before the refund is processed.
4.2 After Course Commencement
Once training has commenced:
• A full refund will normally not be provided.
• A partial refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
• The amount, if any, may take into account the duration of training already attended, learning materials supplied, examinations or registrations arranged, and other services already provided.
• Supporting evidence may be requested where the refund request is based on exceptional circumstances.
4.3 Non-Commencement or Cancellation by NIHSE
If NIHSE Private Limited cancels a programme before it commences, the learner will normally be offered:
• A full refund of eligible fees paid; or
• Transfer to another suitable available batch or programme, subject to learner agreement.
Where a refund is selected, NIHSE will process the eligible amount through the approved refund procedure.

5. REFUND EXCLUSIONS
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:
• Disciplinary termination resulting from malpractice, academic misconduct, or examination misconduct.
• Expulsion due to serious misconduct or violation of institute rules.
• Failure to attend classes without providing a valid reason.
• Voluntary withdrawal after the applicable refund period.
• Violation of NIHSE policies, terms and conditions, or learner responsibilities.
• Where services, registration, examination, certification, or other third-party charges have already been incurred and are non-refundable.
Each case may be reviewed individually where exceptional circumstances exist.

6. ADMINISTRATIVE DEDUCTIONS
Where applicable, the following costs may be deducted from an approved refund:
• Non-refundable registration or admission fees.
• Administrative and processing charges.
• Study materials already issued to the learner.
• Examination or assessment fees already paid to a third party.
• Certification or registration charges already incurred.
• Bank or payment transaction charges.
• Other documented costs that have already been incurred specifically for the learner.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the learner as part of the refund decision.

7. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
Learners who wish to request a refund must submit a written refund request to NIHSE Private Limited.
7.1 Where to Submit the Request

The refund request should include:
1. Learner's full name.
2. Enrolled course/programme name.
3. Student/registration/enrolment number, where applicable.
4. Date of enrolment.
5. Date of payment.
6. Amount paid.
7. Reason for requesting the refund.
8. Relevant supporting documents, where applicable.
9. Preferred refund method.
10. Learner's contact details.
A copy of the relevant payment receipt or fee receipt should be provided wherever available.
7.3 Acknowledgement of Request
NIHSE Administration will acknowledge receipt of the refund request and may contact the learner if additional information or documentation is required.

8. APPROVAL PROCESS
Refund applications will be reviewed through the following process:
1. Administration Department – verifies enrolment and supporting documentation.
2. Finance Department – verifies payment records and calculates any applicable deductions.
3. Management/Director – provides final approval or rejection of the refund request.
The final decision will be communicated to the learner in writing.
Where a refund is rejected, NIHSE will provide the learner with the reason for the decision where appropriate.

9. TIME FRAME FOR REFUND
Once a refund has been formally approved, NIHSE Private Limited will normally process the payment within 15 to 30 working days, subject to completion of internal procedures and banking/payment-provider processing times.
The time required may be longer where:
• Additional documentation is required.
• Third-party fees need to be verified.
• The original payment was made through a payment provider with additional processing requirements.
• Banking or payment-processing delays occur.

10. MODE OF REFUND
Approved refunds will normally be made through:
• Bank transfer to the learner's verified bank account; or
• The original payment method, where technically and practically possible.
NIHSE may request appropriate payment details to ensure that the refund is made securely to the correct person.

11. REFUND REQUEST REVIEW AND APPEAL
If a learner believes that a refund request has not been considered appropriately, the learner may submit a written appeal to the management of NIHSE Private Limited.
The appeal should clearly state:
• The original refund request.
• The reason for disagreement with the decision.
• Any additional information or supporting evidence.
The management will review the appeal and communicate the outcome to the learner.

12. RECORD KEEPING
NIHSE Private Limited will maintain appropriate records relating to refund applications, including:

• Receiving and recording refund requests.

Finance Department
The Finance Department is responsible for:
• Verifying payment records.
• Calculating applicable deductions.
• Processing approved refunds.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
Management/Director
Management is responsible for:-

APPEALS POLICY

NIHSE Private Limited is committed to ensuring that all assessment decisions are fair, consistent, and based on valid evidence.
This Appeals Policy provides learners with a clear process to challenge assessment decisions if they believe that:
• Assessment was not conducted fairly 
• Marking was incorrect or inconsistent 
• Assessment procedures were not properly followed 
• They have been disadvantaged in any way
